Not able to get an IP address for GVC virtual adapter

Note that the VPN connection will be temporarily closed if these settings have been changed while the Virtual Network Adapter is being used for VPN communication. This could be because of situation where the Virtual adapter is either disabled or uninstalled (missing) on the windows machine even though the client is installed as per standard GVC client installation steps.
