I have a similar problem in that my Internet connection is dropping, but the network is stable - the router Wireless is fine throughout the house, just the main connection to my SB6141 Cable Modem. My connection is as follows: SB6141 - EA7500 - (4 ports) - 1 port to a Switch going to multiple TV's and devices.
